On January 24, when the Spring Festival was approaching, Yuan Ziqiang, chairman of the Luzhai County CPPCC, came to Guangxi Chesir Pearl Material Co., Ltd. on behalf of the county party committee and county government, and paid tribute to Professor Fu Jiansheng, chief engineer of the Chesir.

Fu Jiansheng is a professor and master tutor of Hubei University of Technology. He has been the chief technology engineer of the company since 2015. As a pioneer in the study of pearl materials in China, Professor Fu Jiansheng has been engaged in the research of pearl materials for over 30 years. He has more than a dozen invention patents and has published more than ten academic papers in important domestic and foreign journals. he has gained achievements, especially the research and development of chameleon effect pigments, represent the highest level in the field. 

Since joining Chesir, Professor Fu Jiansheng has taken Luzhai as his second home, devoted himself to work, constantly developing new substrates, improving product processes, optimizing production processes, and improving facility construction. He led the technical team to overcome many key technical problems in the pearl material industry. At the same time, he spared no effort in cultivating a new generation of technical talents for the company, and imparted a wealth of knowledge and experience, which greatly strengthened the company's talent reserve. In addition, he also actively promoted the company's industry-university-research cooperation with Hubei University of Technology, and established the "Chesir Pearl Material R&D Center", which has enabled the company's technological innovation level to quickly rank first in the country and made outstanding contributions to the promotion of enterprise construction.

Chairman Yuan Ziqiang cordially asked Professor Fu Jiansheng's work and living conditions in Luzhai, and thanked Professor Fu Jiansheng for his journey from Hubei to Luzhai, Guangxi, to help Chesir and Luzhai County promote technological innovation. He emphasized that the development of county economy cannot be separated from technological innovation. Luzhai County has always vigorously promoted the strategy of strengthening the county by talents and doing a good job of service for technological innovation of enterprises.
