Guangxi Chesir Pearl Material Co.,Ltd was authorized as a National Key Laboratory for Pearlescent Pigment under the background that Liuzhou City is aiming to improve the city innovative system, enhance its independent innovative capacity with the purpose of supporting the city's economic and social development through the development of Liuzhou key laboratories.

Key laboratory is an important part of the nation’s regional technology innovation system.
