On the afternoon of May 21st, the National Development and Reform Commission's special inspection team for private investment promotion came to Liuzhou to carry out special inspections for private investment special inspection. Guangxi Chesir Materials Co., Ltd. participated the symposium as a key enterprise in Liuzhou.

At the symposium, the leaders of the inspection team held a separate and in-depth meeting with Chesir, and learned in detail about the company's product application, technology research and development, industry prospects, development difficulties and problems, local government policy support, etc. 

Zhou Fangchao, Executive Deputy General Manager of Chesir, said that Chesir is a high-tech enterprise that researches, produces, and sells pearl effect materials, and it is domestically leading and internationally competitive. It is a strategic emerging industry encouraged and vigorously developed by national policies, and it is highly valued by governments at all levels such as Guangxi and Liuzhou.

In 2015, the research and industrialization of artificial synthetic mica materials were identified as the key basic materials subject of the "2015 Industrial Transformation and Upgrade Strong Foundation Project" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Finance. At the 2016 Liuzhou Investment and Financing Promotion Conference, Chesir Phase II annual output of 20,000 tons of pearlescent material (GMP) construction project was listed as a key investment and financing project in Liuzhou.

The inspection team affirmed the rapid development of Chesir, and said   that the rapid development of the pearl material industry is of great significance for improving the comprehensive competitiveness of China's automobile industry and cosmetics industry. National Development and Reform Commission attaches great importance to the development of pearl materials industry. Chesir can undertake the key basic new material project of synthetic mica of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, it is showed that Chesir has outstanding advantages in the development of the industry. They hoped that Chesir will seize the opportunity tightly, actively declare the special fund for national industrial development, make good use of national favorable policies, and accelerate the pace of investment development.
