On the morning of January 21, the loving representative of Guangxi Chesir Pearl Material Co., Ltd. was accompanied by Chen Pingui, the village party secretary of Liuhe Village. Stepped on the muddy mountain road, they sent the New Year's goods and condolences to the poor people in Liuhe Village, and sent all the staff members of Chesir to New Year's greetings to the brothers and sisters of Liuhe Village.

"Thank the government, thank you kind people ..." In a home whose head is a 13-year-old boy, the little boy's 80-year-old grandmother said repeatedly. The little boy just went to junior high school, but he had dropped out of school because of poverty. He has burdened the family. In addition to taking care of grandma, he has two younger brothers and sisters who are in elementary school. The family of four has been living in the mud room. Whenever it rains and winds, the house is crumbling. Last year, they lived in a cement room with social funding, however, the monthly minimum income of about 100 yuan is difficult to maintain the daily life of four people ...When the love representative walked out of the door of this house, the children's eyes were wet, and the grandmother also wept with tears. The love representatives were also moved by the brave and optimistic spirit of the little boy. Later, the love representative visited the rest of the poor households separately, some of them became poor due to illness, some of them fell into disastrous circumstances, and some were lonely elderly people. The visit of the love representative sent a little warmth to these villagers in such cold winter.

Condolences to the poor before the Spring Festival is a step in the Chesir’s poverty reduction work. According to the poverty alleviation ideas of culture to the countryside, intelligence to the countryside, technology to the countryside of Chesir, Chesir presented 30 copies of Liuzhou Evening News in 2016 to the Village Committee of Liuhe Villiage, key party members of various villages, and people in need. At the same time, the "Chesir Scholarship" was set up to encourage children to study harder and harder.

After the New Year, Chesir will launch a series of assistance work.  

First, a special job fair will be held in Liuhe Village to recruit migrant workers from Liuhe Village to work in the company. For villagers who intend to work at Chesir, free accommodation, food subsidies, and vocational training will be provided. Second, scientific and technological training will be carried out to improve farmers' scientific and technological level. Help them analyze development prospects, conduct practical skills training, and recommend employment to relevant companies based on the family conditions, employment requirements, training desires, personal skills and physical conditions of poor farmers. Third, Chesir will build a platform for mutual assistance between villages and enterprises. It will combine the construction of corporate culture with the construction of civilized villages in Liuhe Village, and using the company's technical experts to help Liuhe Village achieve technology enrichment, and achieve common development and common prosperity.

Pairing up with Liuhe Village and helping poor villages are only parts of Chesir’s charity work. Minding and repaying society is one of the core contents of Chesir’s corporate culture. Since the establishment of the company, it has consciously assumed the responsibility of giving back to the society, and has done a lot of work in helping the poor.
